General Policy Exclusions
| 1. |
Any medical expenses incurred as a result
of a pre-existing conditions. |
| 2. |
Any treatment or expenses related to childbirth, miscarriage
or pregnancy. This exception shall not apply to any abnormal
pregnancy or complications within the first 24 weeks. |
| 3. |
Any expenses incurred as a result of a self-inducted
injury, suicide, drug addiction or abuse, alcohol abuse,
or sexually transmitted diseases. |
| 4. |
Any expenses related to the User engaging in the commission
of an unlawful act. |
| 5. |
Death or bodily injury directly or indirectly due to
resulting from war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities,
war like operation (whether war declared or not), civil
war, rebellion, revolution, terrorism, insurrection, military
or usurped power, riot or civil commotions. |
| 6. |
Loss or damage to the Participant’s passport
as a result of confiscation or detention of customs, police
or any other authority. |
| 7. |
Loss which is not reported to the appropriate police
authority within 24 hours of the discovery of the loss,
and in respect of which an official report has not been
obtained. |
