Contribution Payment Procedure:
Contributions are to be paid at the time of the membership’s inception. The procedure for payment of contributions is as follows:

  • After acceptance of the proposal, a temporary cover note is issued to the participant while risk inspection survey is carried out if required.
  • Upon successful inspection, the Participant’s Membership Document (PMD) is issued to the participant along with the billing receipt.
  • The participant is required to pay the contribution within 15 days of receiving the receipt.
  • The contribution is to be made via cheque or pay order in favor of “Pak-Qatar Genera Takaful Fund”, mentioning the name and PMD number at the back of the cheque.

Claims Reporting Procedure:
The claims management body follows standardized procedures and is available round the clock for assistance and prompt service delivery to Participants.

  • Contact the Claims Department at PQGTL Head Office via phone/email/fax/letter as soon as possible.
  • Notify the local law enforcement agency promptly.
  • Complete the Claims form and other related documents for timely processing of claims. Valid PMD is a prerequisite for entertainment of claims.
  • Claims notification can be carried out on the following numbers:

Claim Documents:
The following documents need to be presented for prompt Claims processing:

    • Copy of valid CNIC
    • Copy of valid driver’s license
    • Police F.I.R. (in case of theft)
