Training and Development Conducts 2nd MBTC Session in Lahore

Training and Development department successfully conducted the second MBTC session (Managers’ Basic Training Course) for Individual Distribution team in Lahore. The second MBTC was attended by participants from Lahore and Faisalabad Region. Mr. Kamran Rashid (Head of ADC and Training) Mr. Kashif Waheed (Course facilitator) supervised the training operations for PQFTL with Administrative support of Muhammad Ijaz, Mr. Saad Ahmed, Mr. Yasir Abbas and Mr Sohail Ahmed Malazi briefed the attendees about the future business strategies and techniques while Mr. Shahzad emphasized upon underwriting principles.

Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Syed Adnan Hasan highlighted the role and importance of Marketing while Mufti Akhlaq spoke on business ethics and focused on common misconceptions about Takaful.
