Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Signs MoU with IMS

PESHAWAR: Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited has yet taken another remarkable initiative in promoting Takaful by signing MoU with one of the Pakistan’s leading institution, Institute of Management Sciences (IMS), Peshawar for setting up Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF) to promote Islamic finance education, research, and best industry practices nationally and internationally.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aims at establishing an unprecedented strategic partnership between PQFTL and IMS for the promotion of Takaful through collaborative activities including trainings, certifications, diploma programs and degree programme on Takaful. It was also decided to conduct awareness seminars and conferences on Takaful at different forums collectively like Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Trade Associations, Academic Universities and Madrassas on agreed terms.
