Training and Development holds Training Sessions for MBTC

Training and Development department successfully conducted comprehensive session (Managers’ Basic Training Course) to individual sales team in Karachi. The first MBTC was attended by participants from Karachi, Hyderabad and Sukkur. Mr. Menhas (DCEO and HoCS) briefed the participants about the business generation techniques while Mr. Nasir Ali Syed (CEO, PQFTL) and Mr. Shahzad emphasized upon Underwriting principles.

Mr. Kamran Rashid (Head of Banca Takaful and Alternative Distribution Channel) and Mr. Kashif Waheed (Course facilitator) supervised the training operations for PQFTL with Administrative support of Muhammad Ijaz and all regional trainers.

Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Syed Adnan Hasan highlighted the role and importance of Marketing while Mufti Ismatullah spoke on business ethics and focused on common misconceptions about Takaful.

More training sessions are planned for Lahore, Multan, Peshawar and Rawalpindi/Islamabad in near future.
